• Opportunity to build pediatric surgical program

Compensation

• 2-year income guarantee with shareholder track
• Productivity bonus
• Sign-on bonus up to $20,000
• Relocation assistance up to $20,000
• Salary range: $295,000 - $295,000 /Yr.
