Practice Specifics
- Patient-centered Endocrinologist to help grow our practice in Brainerd.
- Supported by a system-wide team of Endocrinologists and APCs.
- Four‑day work week, great work/life balance.
- No call.
- Great pay with exceptional benefits.
- Typical office hours: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (flexible).
- Large service area with hundreds of referring physicians.
- Excellent surgical providers for thyroid/parathyroid.
- Located in the prestigious Brainerd Lakes Region of Minnesota.
- Primarily an outpatient practice.
- Future outreach opportunities are being considered.
- Capability to apply and analyze latest diabetes‑related devices including pumps, sensors, and meters.
Requirements
- BC/BE in Endocrinology.
Compensation
- Salary: $309,388. Hired candidates may be eligible for additional bonuses, quality incentives, or production‑based compensation.
