Emergency Medicine Physicians – El Paso, TX

Vituity is seeking Board‑Eligible or Board‑Certified Emergency Medicine physicians for three locations in El Paso, Texas. The role offers up to $50,000 in sign‑on bonus and competitive compensation ranging from $275,000 to $900,000 annually, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience.

The Opportunity

• Up to $50K sign‑on bonus for qualified candidates.
• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.
• Current Texas state license is a plus.
• Physicians will be cross‑credentialed in all UMC East Emergency Department, UMC Northeast Emergency Department, and UMC Surgical Hospital.

The Practice

• 7‑bed satellite Emergency Department with 4 Fast Track beds.
• Affiliated with a 310‑bed hospital and Level I Trauma Center.
• Comprehensive Stroke Center, Chest Pain Center, and Level IV Maternal Designation.
• Approximately 55 daily visits between UMC East and Northeast EDs.

Estimated annual base compensation is $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part‑time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. Participation in the partnership model from day one includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K‑1 tax advantages. Total compensation may significantly exceed the range shown.
