- Licenses: Active Texas Medical License; DEA required (may be in process)
- DEA / CDS: Active DEA required
- Certifications: ATLS, ACLS, PALS
- Other Qualifications: Clean malpractice history requiredDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide emergency medical care to patients in a Level III trauma center.
- Manage trauma, medical, and surgical emergencies; transfer complex pediatric cases to higher-level facilities.
- Collaborate with APP coverage and specialist backup (Cath Lab, ICU, OB/GYN, etc.).
- Perform emergency procedures including intubation, central line placement, suturing, and resuscitation.
- Maintain compliance with hospital credentialing requirements and ensure clean file status.
