Physician - Emergency Medicine

Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians to join a physician-owned partnership dedicated to providing autonomous, community-focused care with extensive support and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities Include

• Providing high-quality emergency medical care in an 18-bed ED serving approximately 20,000 patients annually.
• Managing a diverse patient population, including psychiatric, geriatric, and substance abuse cases.
• Collaborating with residents and multidisciplinary teams within a Level III NICU, stroke center, and other specialized services.
• Participating in a culture emphasizing team success, shared goals, and community impact.

Qualifications & Skills

• Board eligibility or certification in Emergency Medicine.
• Illinois state license preferred; visa candidates encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, diverse environment with strong communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual base pay ranging from $275,000 to $900,000, with potential for partnership profit sharing, equity ownership, and tax advantages.
