Join one of the top cancer centers in the nation! Our rapidly expanding, nationally recognized cancer institute seeks to hire a full-time Dermatologist to join City of Hope's Department of Surgery, Division of Dermatology.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, support quality and safety, lead and maintain clinical excellence and innovation, and develop clinical, administrative, and research activities for the Dermatology Program in our Irvine practice.
- Oversee an expanding portfolio, including graft vs. host disease (GvHD).
- Treat early‑stage cutaneous malignancies and cutaneous complications of chemotherapy and biologic therapies.
- Oversee a program of research and treatment of cutaneous complications of cancer therapy.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $350,000 – $500,000 (exclusive of incentive compensation or benefits). Benefits include City of Hope Medical Group Benefits.

Qualifications
- Experience working in an academic medical center or specialty cancer center that delivers both clinical and translational research for adult oncology patients.
- Well versed in the state of cancer care and latest research and innovations.
- Academic record consistent with appointment as Assistant Clinical Professor (minimum).
- Participation in clinical research and commitment to research, demonstrated by publication and presentation history.
- MD, MD/PhD, or equivalent; Board certified or eligible by the American Board of Dermatology.
- Eligible to obtain or already hold an active California medical license.
