Position Overview
The Department of Radiology seeks a faculty Emergency Radiologist who will provide patient care, conduct research, and train graduate and postgraduate students.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Availability on site in the Emergency Department as needed; remote shifts are possible.
- Contribute to day‑to‑day clinical operations of the Emergency Radiology Division:
- Provide high‑quality patient care in the Emergency Service.
- Contribute to clinical and imaging operations related to the Emergency Service.
- Education, Training, and Faculty Development:
- Provide clinical instruction, lectures, seminars, and related educational offerings within OSUWMC and regionally/nationally.
- Collaborate with faculty and leadership to develop and refine training opportunities for medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Serve as mentor and sponsor of residents, fellows, and faculty.
- Research and Scholarship:
- Support clinical and translational research activities and innovation.
- Serve as PI or Co‑I in grants and/or clinical trials.
- Serve on departmental and institutional committees to represent research and innovation interests.
Requirements
- M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent.
- Board‑eligible or board‑certified in Radiology (ABR, ABOR).
- Completion of a subspecialty fellowship in Diagnostic Radiology or relevant experience in Emergency Radiology at time of appointment.
- Must possess or be eligible for licensure in the State of Ohio.
Background Check

Compensation Package
- Salary: Commensurate with experience; includes bonus and relocation assistance.
