As the largest post-acute care practice in Colorado, the organization covers over 700 facilities across the region, offering a wide spectrum of pathology that tests clinical skills. - Post-acute care practice covering 700+ Assisted Living facilities, independent living facilities, skilled nursing homes, memory care facilities, and group homes stretching from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins with Denver in the middle
Shift & Schedule
- Full time or part time
- Call is scheduled every other month with the flexibility to trade, take call or take others call
Compensation
- Target Salary: $275,000 +
- wRVU income structure is uncapped, earnings potential well above stated amount
- Weekday call: $200
- Weekend call: $275
- Holiday call: $300
Qualifications
- Board eligible/board certified in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Supervisory skills and interest in working with advanced practice providers
- Geriatric fellowship training or medicine subspecialty interests are welcome
