The West Virginia University School of Medicine and the Department of Medical Oncology seeks a Classical Hematologist (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor). The successful candidate will practice in Morgantown, West Virginia, with potential assignments at additional worksites in West Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Travel to these sites is anticipated and expected.

Duties

• Practice clinical classical hematology and provide excellent patient care.
• Actively involve in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Provide services at additional worksites in West Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania as required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and eligibility for state medical license.
• Completion of Internal Medicine residency program and Hematology fellowship program.
• Board certified or eligible in Hematology.
• All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.

Work Hours and Location

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40. Location: 1 Medical Center Drive, Morgantown, West Virginia.
