Well-established cardiology practice north of Bostonseeks a Board-Certified Interventional Cardiologist to provide comprehensive cardiovascular care with a focus on invasive and catheter-based procedures. This role emphasizes clinical excellence, teamwork, and patient-centered care in a community-focused setting.Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, including coronary angiography, PCI with stent placement, and management of acute coronary syndromes (STEMI/NSTEMI)
- Provide on-call interventional coverage for emergent cardiac cases
- Deliver inpatient and outpatient cardiology consultations and longitudinal management of CAD, heart failure, and valvular disease
- Coordinate care with PCPs and specialists to ensure seamless transitions
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation, adhere to evidence-based guidelines, and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Engage in continuing medical education and mentorship of staff/trainees as applicableQualifications
- MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Interventional Cardiology
- Eligible for Massachusetts licensure; active DEA and hospital privileges required
- Strong communication, leadership, and quality improvement experience
