- $700,000 Total Package Year One!
- Base Salary: $600,000+ (2-year guarantee)
- Productivity Bonus: $63/wRVU paid quarterly
- Commencement Package: $50,000 ($30k sign-on + $20k relocation)

- CME Allowance: $4,000
