Physician Assistant Full Time – Urgent Care West Springfield Center Springfield, VA

Compensation Range: This position is paid on a salaried basis; however, the equivalent hourly rate ranges from $69.00 to $77.00 per hour, depending on experience, location, and FTE status. Total compensation may also include bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Summary

Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistants to join our expanding team. We currently have a Full-time opportunity available at are Northern Virginia locations. At this time we do not have any PRN openings. This is an excellent chance to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and fast-paced urgent care environment while making a meaningful impact in the community.

Full ‑Time Schedule Overview

Total Shifts: 3- 12 hour shifts and every other weekend Shift Length: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (12 hours each)

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: NP: Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master’s certificate program PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine
• Licensure & Certification: BLS & ACLS Certification Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia DEA License Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol
• Credentialing Requirements: Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid) Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges
