Role Description

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistants for full-time roles for our Orthopedic, Neurosurgical, and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation teams.

Our Physician Assistants will work collaboratively with our orthopedic and neurosurgery team to provide high-quality patient care. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, taking medical histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, formulating treatment plans, providing pre- and post-operative care, and educating patients about their conditions and treatment options. Additional tasks may include assisting in surgery and collaborating with the broader medical team to ensure seamless and comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and managing care needs
  • Experience assisting in surgical procedures and providing pre- and post-operative care
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to educate and work with patients and the multidisciplinary medical team
  • Active and unrestricted Physician Assistant (PA‑C) certification and Washington State licensure
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in orthopedic or neurosurgical fields strongly preferred
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and excelling in a team-oriented environment
