Role Description

Nuby Pediatrics PA is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join our pediatric team in Denton, Texas. We are a community-focused pediatric practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to children and their families.

In this role, you will work closely with our physicians and clinical staff to evaluate and treat pediatric patients, provide guidance to families, and support the overall health and development of the children we serve. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with families, communicates well, is sensitive to the challenges of an underserved community, and is passionate about pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric patients under the supervision of a licensed physician
• Develop and manage treatment plans for acute and routine pediatric conditions
• Provide patient and parent education on preventive care, health maintenance, and development
• Maintain accurate and compliant electronic medical records
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Follow established clinical protocols and medical guidelines

Qualifications

• Licensed Physician Assistant in the State of Texas
• Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Knowledge of pediatric healthcare and preventive medicine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification
• Experience in pediatrics is strongly preferred
