We’re looking for a Physician Assistant to join a growing clinical research team supporting industry-sponsored trials. This is a hands‑on role working closely with a Principal Investigator, with a strong focus on patient‑facing responsibilities, protocol execution, and overall study conduct.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced environment, is comfortable making clinical decisions, and wants to be directly involved in advancing new therapies across multiple therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Sub‑Investigator on active clinical trials under physician supervision
- Conduct protocol‑specific patient visits including medical histories, physical exams, and safety assessments
- Perform and oversee clinical procedures such as vitals, ECGs, and blood draws
- Monitor, assess, and document adverse events in accordance with regulatory guidelines
- Maintain accurate and timely source documentation and electronic data capture systems
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including coordinators, sponsors, and CROs
- Support monitoring visits, audits, and regulatory inspections
- Stay up to date on study protocols, GCP, and compliance requirements
- Assist with study coordination activities as needed
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Active state PA license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong background in direct patient care
- Clinical research experience is a plus but not required
