SpineSearch is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a spine and pain practice with offices throughout New Jersey.

This is a full time, Monday through Friday position offering comprehensive benefits.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations in the clinical setting.

• Assist in surgical procedures in the operating room, working closely with the surgical team to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

• Develop and implement patient care plans, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to treatment protocols.

• Work collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and promote a supportive work environment.

• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options, serving as an advocate for their health and well-being.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active New Jersey License
• 1+ year of experience in orthopedics/spine/related specialty
• Prior experience in surgery as well as clinic environments
