A long-standing surgical services group in Dallas, TX is expanding its team within Texas. The position is surgical first-assisting within robotics specialties including general, GYN and urology. Quality of life opportunity with growth into leadership. Position Overview
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with no call or weekend responsibilities.
- Surgical Time: 30-35 hours per week. Not uncommon to have 1-2 cases in a day and finish early.
- Responsibilities: First assist duties only. No orders, clinic or rounding required.
- Salary: Guaranteed salary $135,000 - $150,000/yr based on experience. 1-2k quarterly bonus structure.
- Experience: Candidates must have at least 1 year of robotics surgical first assist experience. Specialties include general, GYN and urology.
