PAGNY is adding a Physician Assistant - Pulmonary to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi and North Central Bronx. Jacobi Medical Center is a 457-bed Level I Trauma Center and North Central Bronx Hospital has 213 licensed beds. The hospitals have a strong academic affiliation with Albert Einstein College of Medicine .

Opportunity Details

• Provide comprehensive outpatient pulmonary care for patients with asthma, COPD, lung cancer, infectious respiratory diseases, sleep disorders, interstitial lung disease (ILD), bronchiectasis, pulmonary nodules, dyspnea, and other acute and chronic pulmonary conditions.
• Evaluate and manage patients through specialized pulmonary clinics, including Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) and Pulmonary Hypertension programs.
• Participate in an expanding Lung Cancer Program, including lung cancer screening, pulmonary nodule evaluation, and multidisciplinary treatment planning.
• Collaborate with advanced bronchoscopy-trained pulmonologists in the evaluation and biopsy of lung nodules using state-of-the-art diagnostic techniques.
