Position Overview
PRN team members with CARE Workforce Solutions provide as-needed coverage for private medical, dental, and aesthetic practices. These roles support staffing flexibility, coverage during PTO, high-volume periods, or temporary vacancies. PRN professionals are expected to be reliable, professional, and clinically competent , with the ability to integrate quickly into existing teams while upholding patient care standards and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients under physician supervision
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Assist in procedures and patient education
- Maintain accurate medical records
Requirements
- Active PA license and national certification
- DEA registration if applicable
- Relevant clinical experience
Ideal Candidate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Reliable internet and phone access.
