What You’ll Do

• Manage an average of 12–14 patients/day (some providers see 17–20+)
• Focus primarily on patients aged 16+, with care available for the whole family as needed
• Build your own patient panel with flexible scheduling and autonomy
• Collaborate with urgent care partners and vendors through strong referral networks

Who We’re Looking For

• Active GA license and board certification as FNP or PA
• 1+ year experience in primary care or family medicine preferred
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset
• EPIC experience preferred
