Responsibilities
- Evaluates sick, urgent care, transitional care, and primary care patients
- Performs annual physical exams as needed
- Educates patients on maintaining proper health
- Evaluates, makes recommendations, co‑manages, and treats patients’ medical needs
- Participates in an interdisciplinary team providing care and coordination, ensuring the highest level of care
Minimum Qualifications
- Pay Range: $120,000.00 - $152,250.00
