MainStreet Family Care Physician Assistant Preceptorship Program -- Clayton, NC
Overview: The MainStreet Family Care Preceptorship Program is designed to provide aspiring healthcare professionals, specifically physician assistants, with hands-on experience and mentorship in a dynamic urgent care setting. This program aims to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical clinical skills, preparing individuals for successful careers in healthcare.

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited physician assistant program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Desire to work in urgent care preferred.
- Have an active affiliation agreement*
Application Process:
- Submit a comprehensive resume and answer the application questions.
- Qualified candidates will then be contacted to set up a brief phone screening, where you will learn more about our program and have the opportunity to ask questions.
- Following the phone screening, candidates will schedule a 45-minute interview with our Clinic Management team.
- If deemed a good fit, we will begin matching you with a qualified preceptor at a nearby clinic. Candidates will then be contacted with their placement information.
- Candidates will receive a welcome letter and complete the onboarding process.
