Responsibilities

• Full‑time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA‑C) position, 4‑10 hour shifts.
• Provide primary‑care services to patients of all ages, with a focus on adults.
• Work within a collaborative and cohesive team that emphasizes kindness and patient‑centered care.

Qualifications

• FNP, APRN, or PA‑C credential.
• 3‑5 years of experience as an advanced practice provider in primary‑care settings.
