Your Role: Primary Care Physician Assistant

As a Physician Assistant with a primary‑care focus, you will provide exceptional care across all life spans and families in a thriving primary‑care setting. You will assess, diagnose, treat, and educate patients while collaborating closely with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure comprehensive care and best outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough physical exams and health assessments for pediatric patients.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, ensuring precision in diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Prescribe medications and therapies, always considering safety, efficacy, and patient well‑being.
  • Develop and implement personalized, evidence‑based treatment plans in partnership with supervising physicians.
  • Provide valuable patient and family education on medical conditions, treatment plans, and preventative health measures.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with patients and their families, becoming a trusted healthcare provider and advocate.

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a primary‑care setting.
  • Certification / License / Registration: Must hold a current Physician Assistant license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS): Must hold a valid BLS certification or obtain it within 30 days of hire or transfer.
