We’re partnering with a well-established urgent care that is actively seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for providers who thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and want strong earning potential.
Compensation & Benefits
$70–$85/hour base pay Bonus: +$10–$25/hour (performance-based). Full benefits package.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality care in an urgent care + primary care setting
- Evaluate, triage, and treat patients of all ages
- Perform comprehensive history & physical exams
- Develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications following best practices
- Perform procedures such as: Wound care & suturing; Incision & drainage; Splinting & fracture management; Foreign body removal
- Collaborate with supervising physicians as needed
- Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care
- Manage occupational medicine & workers’ comp cases
What We’re Looking For
- Active PA or NP certification
- Licensed (or eligible) in Massachusetts
- Ability to treat patients across the lifespan
- Strong clinical decision-making skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting
- Team-oriented with a strong patient-first mindset
- DOT certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
