Job Details

Full Time, 1 FTE, Days shift, Monday to Friday schedule. Annual Salary: $140,000 plus a production bonus.

Requirements

• Washington State Nurse Practitioner license by the time of employment.
• DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority.
• Current Basic Life Support certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.
