Position Summary
Indigo Health is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join a highly cohesive and innovative urgent care team. This float position supports urgent care clinics across the South Region, enabling providers to work at the top of their license while leading and mentoring peers. The role emphasizes collaboration, science, and delivering a “wow” patient experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Part‑time schedule (approximately 8–9 shifts/month); 8 am–8 pm shifts; schedules created two months in advance.

Job Requirements
- Active Washington state license (in good standing) by the time of employment.
- DEA registration, NPI, and prescriptive authority.
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association.
- Minimum two years of post‑degree clinical experience in urgent care, emergency department, or family medicine settings.
