Join our team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This float position is for our Central Region Clinics based at the Federal Way Urgent Care Clinic.
Full-time: 14 shifts/month
Schedules created 2 months in advance with team input, offering flexibility for weekends & holidays
Pay range: Earning potential of $200k+ as part of Indigo's market-leading total rewards philosophy.

Position Summary
Indigo Health seeks an experienced Physician Assistant to support our urgent care clinics. Providers are encouraged to lead, mentor, and practice autonomously while serving patients across all age groups.
The Opportunity
- Clinics are open 7 days a week from 8 am to 8 pm.
- Schedule is created 2 months in advance.
- Float pool clinic locations may vary; same-day shift changes can occur.
- Required to be confident in suturing, splinting, minor office procedures, x-ray reads, and treating all ages.

Requirements
- Washington license (active/good standing) by the time of employment.
- DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority.
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience (post-degree) in UC, ED or FM setting.
