About This JobPosition Overview:Join Haus of Confidence in Scottsdale, AZ as an entry-level Physician Assistant (PA) focused on liposuction and body contouring. This hands-on clinical role places you at the center of an innovative medspa where you will support awake liposuction procedures, deliver high-quality perioperative care, and contribute to transformational aesthetic outcomes. You will work onsite at our Hause Regenerative location on 4236 N Brown Ave under the supervision of our board-certified physicians, gaining exposure to cutting-edge techniques and a full spectrum of noninvasive and minimally invasive aesthetic services.Why this role is exciting: You will be part of a rapidly expanding practice that values clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and professional growth. This is an opportunity to develop specialized procedural skills in liposuction and fat transfer, build long-term patient relationships, and advance your career in a high-volume, team-driven medspa environment.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Assist the supervising physician during awake liposuction and body contouring procedures, including patient positioning, local anesthesia administration, and intraoperative support.Perform comprehensive preoperative assessments, obtain procedural consent, and document medical histories and medication reconciliation in the electronic health record.Provide detailed postoperative care and follow-up, manage wound care, identify and escalate complications, and coordinate additional treatments as needed.Administer injections and minor in-office procedures within scope of practice and under physician supervision, following sterile technique and clinic protocols.Educate patients on procedure expectations, recovery timelines, at-home care, and optimize patient satisfaction through clear communication and empathy.Maintain procedural and treatment area readiness, including instrument sterilization, supply management, and adherence to infection control standards.Collaborate with nursing, clinical, and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow, accurate documentation, and high-quality patient experiences.Participate in quality improvement initiatives, safety reviews, and ongoing training to support best practices in aesthetic and regenerative services.RequirementsRequired Qualifications:Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program and current PA-C credential.Active or eligible for state licensure in Arizona to practice as a Physician Assistant.Current Basic Life Support certification; advanced certifications such as ACLS preferred or able to obtain.Strong clinical assessment skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced procedural environment.Professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety and confidentiality.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in aesthetic medicine, surgical assisting, or office-based liposuction procedures; new graduates with relevant clinical rotations are encouraged to apply.Experience with cosmetic injectables, suturing, minor procedures, or regenerative therapies.Familiarity with electronic health records, procedural documentation, and coding/billing basics.DEA registration or ability to obtain, and willingness to pursue specialty certifications (laser safety, advanced suturing, etc.).Demonstrated interest in career growth within aesthetic and regenerative medicine and ability to participate in weekend or extended clinic hours as needed.BenefitsBenefits and Perks:Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses or production incentives.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options.Paid time off, holiday pay, and sick leave to support work-life balance.401k retirement plan with employer match or contribution options.Professional development support including CME allowance, paid license and certification fees, and training in advanced aesthetic techniques.Malpractice insurance coverage provided by the employer.Employee discounts on aesthetic and wellness services and products.Stable, on-site full-time schedule in a rapidly growing, supportive team environment located in Scottsdale, AZ.Equal Opportunity & Inclusion StatementHaus of Confidence is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
