Position Overview

The Department of Urology is looking for a full time Clinical Instructor of Urology (Clinician Educator) Physician Assistant to work at our USC Institute of Urology at the Keck School of Medicine of USC Health Sciences Campus. The physician assistant will obtain detailed and accurate medical histories from patients, delineate problems and record information, develop and implement patient management plans, including coordination of referrals to specialty and social services, record progress notes, and provide continuity of care. The duties also include performing and/or interpreting common laboratory, radiological, cardiographic, and other routine diagnostic procedures used to identify pathophysiological progress, and assisting urology doctors in various urologic procedures.

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this position is $125,000–$187,200. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations.
