Overview

Growing, private interdisciplinary surgical practice is looking for a Nurse Practitioner / NP or Physician Assistant / PA to work in the San Francisco, CA area.

The group has been in practice for eight years and is committed to providing gender‑affirming surgery to the trans community with excellence, warmth, humility, kindness, and connection. It operates two locations: LosAngeles and San Francisco, and has 40 team members, six surgeons and five PAs.

Responsibilities

Full‑time, Monday‑Friday. The APP will work in a clinic‑based setting handling pre‑op, post‑op, ER, and follow‑ups. The ideal candidate has leadership experience, is resourceful, and can manage PAs, RNs, and MAs. NP/PA will work with a team committed to providing a safe space for transgender, non‑binary, and gender‑diverse individuals.

Qualifications

Board‑certified Nurse Practitioner / NP or Physician Assistant / PA with at least two years of surgical experience and a demonstrated leadership background.

Compensation & Benefits

• $200,000 – $220,000 per year, depending on experience
