About the Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing outpatient psychiatric practice in Susanville, California. This is an excellent opportunity for a PA who is passionate about mental health and enjoys developing long-term relationships with patients.

Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric assessments and patient evaluations.
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
- Provide medication management and ongoing follow-up care.
- Treat patients with a variety of behavioral health and psychiatric conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care through in-person and telehealth appointments.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Active California Physician Assistant license required.
- Psychiatric or behavioral health experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a clinical team.
- Passion for mental health and helping patients improve their quality of life.
