Job Description

TRIA Orthopedics’ Spine Surgery division is seeking afull time, certified Physician Assistant to join our collaborative, patient ‑ centered care team. This is an exciting opportunity to support abusy, well established orthopedic spine surgeon while working alongside an experienced PA and a strong network of MDs, PAs, NPs, and nursing staff who are deeply committed to team-based spine care.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a key member of the surgical spine team with a strong focus onfirst-assist responsibilities , hospital management, and shared rounding.
  • Provide independent patient care in clinic , including post ‑ operative visits, established patient follow ‑ ups, and new consults.
  • Participate in ashared call rotation with the larger surgical spine PA team.
  • Work primarily atTRIA Shakopee andTRIA Bloomington , with surgical cases at Methodist Hospital, TRIA Outpatient Surgery Center, and St. Francis Medical Center.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A dynamic, motivated PA withorthopedic spine or neurosurgical experience .
  • Candidates with general orthopedic surgical experience will also be considered.
  • This position isnot suited for new graduates due to the level of surgical and independent practice required.
