Position Highlights

• Location: Banner Health Clinic 5601 W Eugie Ave., Suite 100 Glendale, AZ 85304 (Banner Thunderbird Medical Center)
• Focus: Immediate orthopedic care for acute cases
• Environment: Fast‑paced, collaborative, clinic‑based (non‑surgical)

Requirements

• Board Certification as a Physician Assistant
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Arizona
• Current BLS & ACLS certification
• Current prescribing privileges, including DEA license for controlled substances
• Experienced APP with orthopedic skills – 3+ years’ experience preferred (orthopedic generalist/trauma)
• Fracture care experience desired
