Join us as an Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) on our Pain Management team at Reno Orthopedic Center! You would work under our Pain Management physician, a newly established specialty service offered at ROC to help patients get back to what they love doing. Love seeing patients in clinic? This position is for you. A little more info about what you would do: You would work primarily at our Main Reno downtown location, with some travel to our Carson City clinic (around 4 days per month). You would work primarily in clinic. Assisting in some pain management procedures may come after being fully onboarded - seeing patients in clinic is the priority. The schedule can be either 4 or 5 days per week, full time, building to an estimated 20 patients per day. Experience practicing as an Advanced Practice Provider (especially in a related specialty area or setting) is helpful but not required - we are always willing to teach! This convenient, all-inclusive campus is home to the region's largest team of fellowship-trained orthopedic specialists, imaging, a walk-in clinic, Nevada's only total joint replacement specific outpatient surgery center, a five-suite general orthopedic outpatient surgery center, physical therapy and more. Active Nevada professional license with no license restrictions (PA-C or APRN*). *Nurse Practitioners must be certified to see patients of all ages (FNP). Preferred Qualifications Two years of experience working as a PA/NP in an orthopedic hospital/clinic setting.
Travel: This position may require travel based on clinic needs.
