Our team is seeking a motivated and skilled Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our collaborative and fast‑paced clinical environment. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a daily patient load of approximately 25–30 individuals
• Conduct evaluations and provide treatment plans for a variety of chronic pain conditions
• Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate interventional procedures
• Handle medication refill requests and support continuity of care
• Collaborate closely with the supervising physician and clinical staff

Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
