As an Advanced Provider, you will play a critical role in improving patient care in our Emergency Department. You will work alongside physicians, nurses, and support staff to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care.
Opportunity
- Seeking physician assistants and nurse practitioners for Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center.
- Prior ED/UCC experience preferred but new graduates welcome.
- Desired for academic settings with current residents.
- Internship/new‑grad training program available up to three months, including clinical and didactic experience.
- Must hold current DEA, ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications.
- Current California state license is a plus.
- H1‑B visa applicants encouraged to apply.

- Adventist Health Selma – Selma, California
- 45‑bed community hospital with a well‑equipped ER and 10 ED beds.
- Annual volume of 45,000 patients with a 5% admit rate.
- Utilizes PA/NPs for Rapid Medical Evaluation (RME) to reduce wait times and increase patient satisfaction.
