Overview

Providence Medical Group is seeking a dedicated per diem Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with expertise in Cardiovascular Surgery to join our respected team. Responsibilities

• Per Diem OR first assist
• 12‑hour shifts, flexible scheduling
• Call can be taken from home with a 30‑minute response time
• Proficient vein harvesting skills required
• Large variety of cases including CABG, valve replacement and repairs, arrhythmia surgery, aneurysm repair, aortic dissections, VATS and open lung surgery, pleural space surgery, and rib plating
• Level II trauma center
• Collegial and supportive culture
• Eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation is between $180,345 and $224,607 per year. The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable. Providers also receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group employer.

Work Location: Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, Santa Rosa, CA. The facility is the region’s only Level II Trauma Center.
