Job Description:

delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment and positive health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough health assessments and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Provide health education and disease management guidance to patients and families.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests and medical imaging as appropriate.
• Accurately document patient encounters using proper medical terminology.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient services.

Qualifications:

• Current Physician Assistant license in the state of practice.
• Strong knowledge of patient care strategies and health coaching techniques.
• Familiarity with medical imaging processes and terminology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
