We7re looking for a part-time or full-time Medical Provider to join our expanding team.

What We7re Looking For

We7re seeking a provider with a strong foundation in Primary Care, Hormone Therapy Replacement, and Wellness Medicine who is passionate about helping patients feel their best.

Preferred Experience:

• Primary Care: 5+ years
• Hormone Therapy: 2+ years
• Weight Loss: 2+ years
• Functional Medicine: 2+ years
• Type: Part/Full-time, Contract
• Pay: $70–$90 per hour APP
• Pay : $100–$125 per hour MD/DO
• Location: In-person Goodyear
• Supportive and fun team environment
