Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to patients, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure the best outcomes.
Compensation
Salary: well over $140,000 per year with benefits and bonuses.
Signing bonus: $5,000. Performance-based bonuses and stipend for ongoing education.

Qualifications
- MUST SPEAK SPANISH FLUENTLY
- Active Georgia license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner allowing dispensing of medications and prescribing of controlled substances.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy toward patients.
- Ability to relate to a culturally diverse group of patients and community.
- Ability to develop teaching and counseling sessions, as needed.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and circumstances.
- Willingness and ability to assume and delegate the needs of clinic patients as a member of the health care team.
- Ability to perform minor procedures such as laceration repair, splinting, incision and drainage, wound care, ear irrigation and foreign body removal, pelvic exams, etc.
