Join a Physician-Owned Dermatology Practice
Wall Dermatology is seeking an experiencedPhysician Assistant (PA-C) with a strong background inmedical dermatology to join our growing dermatology practice in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Wall Dermatology is aphysician-owned, family-led dermatology practice . Our mission is to provide exceptional dermatologic care while building lasting relationships with patients in our community. Unlike large corporate dermatology groups, we offer acollaborative, physician-led environment where providers can grow their skills, build meaningful patient relationships, and help shape a growing practice.
This role offers the opportunity topractice high-quality medical dermatology while building your own patient panel in a busy, fast-paced clinic.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and review medical history
- Performfull-body skin exams and skin cancer screenings
- Diagnose and treat a wide range ofmedical dermatologic conditions
- Diagnose and treatskin cancers and pre-cancerous lesions
- Perform dermatologic procedures includingbiopsies, cryotherapy, ED&C, and excisions
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests when appropriate
- Provide patient education onskin health, prevention, and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Collaborate with supervising dermatologists and clinical staff
- Assist inbuilding a strong patient panel as the practice grows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years dermatology experience required
- Strong experience inmedical dermatology
- ActiveFlorida medical license
- NCCPA certification and DEA registration
- Comfortable managing abusy, high-volume schedule
- Strong communication and clinical judgment
