Physician Assistant West Virginia | Home-Based Primary Care

Physician Assistant will provide primary care to patients in their homes and assisted living communities throughout West Virginia. This is an opportunity to care for medically complex, homebound, and primarily geriatric patients while helping improve access to quality healthcare.
Locations: Clarksburg, Morgantown, and Charleston, WV
Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 base salary + potential 15% performance-based bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Setting: In-home and assisted living primary care

Qualifications:
- Active West Virginia FNP license
- Active DEA registration
- Experience in primary care, geriatrics, home care, or complex patient management preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel up to approximately 1.5 hours within your assigned territory
