- Experienced Physician Assistant
- 5 plus years of professional experience as a Physician Assistant
- 1 year of Gastrointestinal experience as a Physician Assistant
- VA State license PA certification
- NPI
- Bachelors Degree
DUTIES
- Greeting patients and gathering information about their medical history and current symptoms
- Performing physical exams to make correct diagnoses
- Working with Physicians and Nurses to prescribe and administer treatments
- Ordering diagnostic testing, such as bloodwork and imaging tests
- Monitoring patient progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Instructing patients and their families about lifestyle changes and self-care techniques that complement treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Referring patients to specialists as needed
