Physician Assistant
We are a busy and well-established family practice that has operated independently for more than 25 years. We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. We provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families and are looking for someone who enjoys building strong relationships with patients while working in a collaborative, supportive environment. We offer mentorship and support from our experienced doctors.
The ideal candidate is confident, personable, and committed to providing high-quality primary care.
What you'll do:
* Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across a broad range of medical conditions
* Provide preventive, acute, and chronic disease management
* Perform physical examinations and develop appropriate treatment plans
* Order and interpret diagnostic testing as appropriate
* Prescribe medications in accordance with applicable regulations
* Educate patients and families about their health and treatment options
* Develop long-term relationships with patients
* Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and the rest of our team
* Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice
We're Looking For
* Current Physician Assistant license and certification
* Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
* Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate, patient-focused approach
* Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a team
* Family medicine or primary care experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply
