Attention all Physician Assistants, we are seeking independent contractors to provide services to our Military Service members.
Work primarily on weekends, with occasional weekdays in Montana on an "as needed" basis.
Under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP), we provide health readiness services to maintain a deployable military force for the following branches:
- U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
- Army National Guard (ARNG)
- U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
- U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
- U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
- Air National Guard (ANG)
- U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)
Responsibilities:
- Support physical health assessments of military personnel.
- Review health history, medical records, and questionnaires.
- Interview service members to determine medical concerns.
- Identify urgent concerns, including behavioral health.
- Document interview results for readiness classification using a proprietary system.
Requirements:
- Active PA license in the state.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience in primary care, urgent care, or occupational health preferred.
- Experience with mobile medical services and military systems is a plus.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments with high volumes.
- Ability to work extended hours and travel, including weekends.
- Excellent communication skills and basic computer skills.
- Supervising Physician may be required depending on state regulations.
