Physician Assistant

PRN Physician Assistant – Havelock, NC

We are looking for PRN Physician Assistants to work across multiple clinics. New graduations encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Urgent care, primary care, occupational medicine, and telemedicine
• Minor procedures including toenail removals and foreign body removals
• Suturing and splinting
• General orthopedic evaluations and management
• X-ray review (with Radiologist over-read)
• EKG interpretation
• General dermatology, eye complaints, and GYN care
• Treating patients of all ages
• Emergency management skills in a fast-paced setting

Schedule

• Shifts determined approximately two months in advance.

MainStreet Clinic Hours

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

KidsStreet Clinic Hours (select locations)

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant certification required prior to start date.
• Master’s degree or higher required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• EMR and Microsoft Office experience preferred.
