Position Highlights:

• Position is full-time, in-person
• 4-dayworkweekwith average patient volume 15-17 PPD(4x10s), with alternate schedule options available
• NO CALL.Outpatient care only.
• Integration withBehavioral Health providers on each clinic pod
• Robust team-based clinic team includingMAs, RNs, patient navigators, case managers,andcare coordinators.
• On-site pharmacy, dental services, psychiatry services
• Active Quality program with outstanding results
• Broad scope of practice including wellness visits, chronic disease management, andopportunitiesforin-office procedures based on your interests
• CollaborativepracticeincludingAPPs and physicianswith weekly Lunch&Learns

QualificationsRequired Education/Experience:

• Master’s degree or equivalent education from an accredited PA program is required.
• Two years of related experience as a PA is preferred
• Holds and maintains without restrictions a Colorado license to practice as a PA, DEA license to prescribe medication, Life Support certification (BLS at minimum).
• Maintenance of Continuing Education as required by your PA credentialing board and state medical board.
