Role Overview

This is afull-time, Monday through Friday Physician Assistant position based at ourGlendale/Goodyear clinic .

A Different Kind of Patient Care

If you’re accustomed to healthcare environments where providers move from one patient to the next all day, this role offers something different.

At GoTo Sleep, we intentionally maintain alow-volume, patient-centered schedule. Our Physician Assistants currently see approximately 7 patients per day, with close to an hour dedicated to each patient.

We believe providers should have the time to actuallylisten, evaluate, educate, and care for their patients — not feel pressured to move someone through an appointment every 15 or 20 minutes.

Our schedule gives you the opportunity to perform thoughtful clinical evaluations, thoroughly review sleep study results, educate patients about their diagnosis and treatment options, develop individualized treatment plans, and build meaningful relationships with the people you care for.

We believe excellent medicine shouldn’t feel like an assembly line. You’ll have the time to practice medicine and make a meaningful difference without racing against the clock.
