Physician Assistant for In-home Visits

Position Overview

We’re hiring board‑certified physician assistant/physician associate (PA) contractors to conduct In‑home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in‑home visits that focus on a person’s overall health and well‑being and identify potential barriers to care.
• Perform a medication and medical history review, as well as a physical evaluation performed in a health plan member’s home.
• Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people’s current treatment regimen.
• Complete a pre‑populated, patient‑specific form for each evaluation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Earn up to $1800 to $3000 each week (average 6–9 visits daily, $70 per completed assessment).
• Increase per‑visit rate up to 160% with our Market Multiplier.
• Earn additional compensation via our pay‑per‑test model for visits with qualifying tests.
• Short‑term or long‑term basis with pre‑scheduled in‑home visits.
• Airfare, hotel, and rental car available (depending on eligibility).
• Malpractice coverage.
• Availability incentives based on weekly availability.
• Independent contractor, 1099 status.
• Flexible schedule requiring no nights or weekends.
• State license required (PA‑C).
• Medicaid license or willingness to enroll strongly preferred.
